Gluton Free, Dairy Free

Each night I sit in front of my computer searching for that perfect breakfast. We cater to the allergies. food restrictions and food life style. Food is important. Good food is most important to me. What I feed my guests must be tastefully presented, and taste like more. I recently said that on a face book entry. Well something like that.

Tomorrow we will explore gluten free crepes with asparagus lightly sauteed with vegan hollandaise sauce, cashew creme pana cotta with berries (red and blue) in honor of our veterans and enlisted folk, and homemade granola with diced apples.
